花茶

英国很流行喝茶,道地的 English Tea,加糖或不加糖,加奶或不加奶。其中 CAMOMILE 和SWEET FENNEL 无糖无奶口味最教我难忘。回到马来西亚,发现最近餐厅也流行一种花茶。淡淡的花香,淡淡的茶味,是我喝过最美丽的茶。每个地方的花茶都不尽相同,有些泡在玻璃壶内,可以两个人共尝;有些则直接泡在玻璃杯中,当加上热水後,杯中的花会慢慢绽放,十多廿秒,花蕾就会脱离茶叶,浮上水面,然后杯中褐色的茶才慢慢散开,很浪漫。繁忙的一天,来一杯花茶,让酝酿在心中的不快飘扬开来,象花朵脱离了茶叶的束缚。赞!

Yeah, I like flowers tea too. But somehow I seldom drink it. Don't know why?

BTW, where has all the flowers gone (as shown in the last pix)? u drank it?

hahaha.... the last picture was supposed the earliest of the process, the flower was still covered in it. The sequence of the process starts from that very last pix.
